Refund policy
All Sales Final Because every piece in our shop is one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or store credit.
Not sure about a piece? Reach out before purchasing — we're happy to share additional photos, measurements, or details to help you feel confident in your decision.
Damaged Items We carefully inspect and pack every order before it leaves us. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@houseofwendesign.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the original packaging
Once we review your claim, we will be in touch within 2–3 business days. If the damage is confirmed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
What Is Not Considered a Defect Because our textiles are handwoven, hand-dyed, or vintage, the following are natural characteristics of the product and are not grounds for a refund:
- Slight variations in color, texture, or pattern
- Minor inconsistencies in weave or dye
- Loose threads or subtle imperfections inherent to handmade or vintage textiles
These characteristics are part of what makes each piece unique and are disclosed prior to purchase.
