Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $250.
Delivery Times All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
Carriers We ship via multiple carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on the size and destination of your order.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@houseofwendesign.com with photos of the item and packaging and we will make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages House of Wen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
